Are you looking for a supportive program to help your teen develop the skills to handle life’s challenges? Our Teen Psychoeducation Group for Coping with Stress is here to help teens learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and welcoming environment.
This 10-week structured group therapy program is designed to help teens recognize and regulate emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Teens will connect with peers who share similar struggles, reducing feelings of isolation while fostering a sense of togetherness.
Participants will learn stress management, mindfulness, and problem-solving skills to handle life’s daily challenges.
Led by Jessica Rodriguez, MA, LPC-Associate, the group provides professional, evidence-based support for emotional growth.
Understand emotional triggers and patterns. Practice techniques to manage overwhelming emotions.
Respond effectively to challenges, including peer pressure. Learn practical problem-solving skills.
Practice mindfulness techniques to stay calm and present. Build relaxation routines and self-care habits for emotional well-being.
Strengthen self-esteem with positive affirmations. Practice assertiveness and active listening to improve social interactions and peer relationships.
