As some others have mentioned, the office staff can be quite infuriating at times, mostly for careless stuff, like calling to collect a copay that’s already been paid instead of just checking the system first. But for me, Faith is worth the occasional misfire on the office side, and she always addresses any issues I bring to her attention. Definitely give her a try!
