Centrea Holton is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Mindful Behavioral Solutions, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. Serving patients across Texas, she offers both in-person and telehealth appointments, ensuring care is accessible, flexible, and tailored to individual needs.

With a strong background in nursing and psychiatry, Centrea believes that meaningful healing begins with trust and connection. She creates a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable expressing themselves while receiving evidence-based, individualized treatment. Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s unique experiences and guiding them toward improved emotional balance and long-term well-being.

Centrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric mental health, from Walden University. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is an active member of the American Nurses Association. She also holds Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
